I just recently learned how to make an avocado rose. 🥑🌹 I know the instructions always suggest that it’s best to use an under-ripe one, but honestly?! I love avocados and want to eat it right after I decorate my toast or whatever I’m using it with. I do find that it’s easier to make if you refrigerate the avocado, unpeeled, at least several hours before cutting it.
