Quiet times cuddling with the person you love will always be one of my favorite things to do.

I can just imagine sipping this Mulled Spiced Concord Grape Cider on the front porch as autumn arrives. And making these Apple Cider Donuts with this nectar is already something I’m planning on doing.

Definitely going to make this simple, but luscious Fettuccine with Caramelized Onions and Swiss Chard. You can veganize it by using this vegan Parmesan cheese recipe. I haven’t tried it yet, but she says that you can shred or grate it.

Already have the ingredients for this Blackened Tomatillo and Tomato Salsa on my grocery list. I just wish I already had it for the guac toast I’m nibbling on right now.

Speaking of which, I would rather have my guacamole and salsa on these Sweet potato toasts instead. Geez, I wish I could entice Nathalie over, so she could make them for me. She not only has great recipes, she turns her food into works of art as well.

My husband is a pancake fiend, so I know what he’ll say when I show him The Fluffiest Vegan Pancakes.
