A pretty short post, because I’ve spent a good part of my free time coming up with this recipe, instead of having the luxury of ooohing and ahhhing over other lovely blogs this week.

Loved reading this post on Fearless Women

“I think there is a certain age, for women, when you become fearless.
It may be a different age for every woman, I don’t know. It’s not
that you stop fearing things: I’m still afraid of heights, for example.
Or rather, of falling β€” heights aren’t the problem. But you stop
fearing life itself. It’s when you become fearless in that way that
you decide to live.

Perhaps it’s when you come to the realization that the point of life
isn’t to be rich, or secure, or even to be loved β€” to be any of the
things that people usually think is the point. The point of life is
to live as deeply as possible, to experience fully. And that can
be done in so many ways.”

I was reading this article on How I Hired An Interior Designer At Age 25 by Sarah of Broma Bakery, and I cannot believe it only cost her $200 to hire an interior designer. Well, it probably helps if you already have really nice items to work with. Mine have gone through the wars of raising a family. haha

Love the moody colors of this wonderful Instagram. Gorgeous photos!

This is such a cute outfit. Don’t know if I could get away with wearing those jeans though, but I still love the look.

Going to be making this very yummy looking Pomegranate Sweet Potato Salad this weekend. I think they’ll go great with Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Tortilla Chips.

Used up my overripe bananas for nice cream and smoothies, so I’ll have to wait a couple of days to make this Classic Vegan Banana Bread.

Hope you have a lovely weekend! We’re supposed to have great weather, so we’ll be going horseback riding on Saturday or Sunday. Maybe
