Happy Thanksgiving Greetings!

Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!

If you are celebrating Thanksgiving today, or sharing gratitude for your blessings, then I hope that you enjoy a wonderful time and that your day is full of fun, happiness, and love!

I wanted to share a couple of things with you in this post, and one of them is the photo above.

Isn’t this autumn setting so beautiful? What a very happy Thanksgiving feast this would be! Ours is going to be wonderful too, but this gives me a few thoughts for next year.

This year our gathering is going to take place indoors though, and these are the yummy Thanksgiving recipes we will be making.

Might be too late for today, but hopefully they will give you some ideas for your leftovers.

Speaking of which, I bookmarked a few recipes for leftovers and thought you might like them too ↴

• This one is really cool! You put your Thanksgiving leftovers in a cone. May sound weird but it is ingenious!

Healthy Blender Sweet Potato Muffins are gluten free, and they are so scrumptious looking!

• And oh boy, these Thanksgiving leftover Hot Pockets are calling my name… year round!

• Whoa, Stuffing Waffles with Cranberry Sauce & Gravy are a yumilicious breakfast for dinner every meal!

• Ashley, Blissful Basil, always has such gorgeous and delicious recipes! This one is Vegan Cranberry-Pecan Yogurt Parfaits, and she also includes a recipe for Quick Pecan Granola.

• This last one isn’t really a leftover, but you and I definitely need to make this Seitan Roulade with Sage and Sweet Onion Stuffing for the upcoming holidays!

Btw, don’t freak when you see Olives for Dinner’s Roulade, because it really is vegan!I was like WHAAAAT?! the first time I saw it. 😂

Oh and wait, I do have one more idea for leftovers. It’s my Buddha bowls post.

Buddha bowls may sound like an unusual choice, but they are a delicious way to create new dishes from your Thanksgiving leftovers.

These Fast & Healthy Meals are great creativity sparkers!

Hey, thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy a happy Thanksgiving, with lots of good food and company!!

happy Thanksgiving

P.S. I’m updating this post to include even more Thanksgiving recipes and ideas. Enjoy!

    Hey Ann!

I miss chatting with you and also seeing your gorgeous posts. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are enjoying beautiful weather. This Instagram situation doesn’t look like it will change, so I’ll be doing more here and on Pinterest instead. Definitely not the same as IG with the true social interaction though.

Hope your recovery has gone smoothly, and here’s wishing you all the best

Thank you Ann, and I wish there were some way to get back onto Instagram but don’t know if that will ever come about. I wish I could see your flowers, but I I’m steering clear of FB right now. I’ll have to think of some other way, and I’ll definitely work on seeing what else I can do. Thank you again for keeping in touch!
