Vegan Christmas & Holiday Recipes

These vegan Christmas recipes are sooo delicious, and everyone will enjoy feasting on them.

Whether you are following a plant based diet, or simply looking to add more healthy dishes to your celebration, I have lots and lots of ideas for you.

(Confession: this is a recycled post, because I am suffering from a pain in the butt injury- literally. Ugh)

Recycling is good though! lol So let’s get started…

First up are recipes from Jamie Oliver’s How to make a Vegan Christmas Feast.

The rich and luscious looking gravy, in the picture above, is just one of the yummies you will find on his post.

And boy does he have us covered with main dishes, to sides, to decadent and seriously chocolaty vegan brownies!!vegan christmas

Speaking of brownies, Blissful Basil posted Vegan Peppermint Chocolate Chunk Brownies that are calling my name.

Don’t they look so festive? Let’s top them with her Vegan No-Churn Eggnog Ice Cream too.

And these are my “you’ll never believe they’re really vegan” Brownies that I owed you, from long ago.

I have been working on these yums for ages. I wanted a true brownie, that just happens to be vegan. Boy, that took awhile!

Sure I enjoy healthy, quirky versions also. BUT you have to have a truly decadent, luscious one in your recipe box too.

More Vegan Christmas and Holiday Drinks & Desserts

I just noticed that I started with dessert. Well if you’re hanging with me then you expect that anyway. lol

I really do have recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner also, so let’s bring on the noshing.

Being a morning person, I absolutely adore breakfast and brunch, and I love starting the day with something tasty and fun.

Ahhh, who am I kidding? I love all meals! 😂

But really, the first meal of the day can be awesome. Especially when it’s weekend or holiday food.

Don’t you love cinnamon rolls? Here are a lot of very drool worthy ones.

And these last two cinnamon roll recipes are wonderful quicker breakfast on holiday mornings.

OR when you find out (the next morning) that your kids invited friends over for a sleepover “And what’s for breakfast?”

In other words, it has to be really good… cause so and so made us a spectacular over-the-top  breakfast last weekend. Yep, haha and also ugh.

Last but not least, I’m sending a very big thank you to Minimalist Baker for dreaming up these savory Easy Vegan Breakfast Tacos.

The colors are perfect for Christmas brunch, and the taste really mixes well with the sweeter dishes.

Now onto the main event, and many of these recipes would be perfect throughout the winter months.

Actually I think they would be great year round, because I enjoy the flavors and color presentation.

Wowzer this turned into a long post, but it’s worth it. So many new recipes to try soon and more bookmarked for later.

Now to close this out. Since we started with dessert, lets end with it. hehe

Isn’t this Gingerbread House adorable?

You know I’ve never made one from scratch. From kits, yes, but never homemade.

And yeah I won’t be doing it this year either. 😂 But next year? YES!

This is such a gorgeous Bûche de Noël that Betsy of The Blooming Platter made.

Even though it looks like a work of art, it’s also something that wouldn’t be too difficult to make.

Top Tahini Caramel Bliss Balls with festive sprinkles for a pretty gift

Ohhh, and this one “A creamy, maple and whiskey ice cream base with crunchy roasted hazelnuts folded in” is so sinfully lush!

I don’t even like whisky, but this treat has me zinging.

This is a dreamy vegan Whiskey Hazelnut No Churn Ice Cream, and you can change out the whisky for bourbon.

I like the sound of amaretto though, because that’s my baby right there. Yummy!

Can’t forget Christmas cookies. I’m going to be making 5 different types tomorrow. Yah and eeek!

Sugar cookies will always be on the rotation, but I’m wondering if Nora could decorate them for me. Hmm maybe she could also make them for me.

Her cookies truly deserve the title of The Best Vegan Sugar Cookies, and I would add in the best decorated vegan sugar cookies too.

Add crushed candy canes to these Christmas Cookies

Of course one batch will be these Ginger Molasses Cookies, which I’m looking forward to nibbling on them while making the others.

I’ll be making mine into chewy, pillowy-soft rounds instead. (Dana has an option for both in her recipe.)

My last share is this lovely Christmas Wreath Gingerbread Cake from Pure Ella.

Can you believe that this really is vegan? It’s also gluten free and nut-free too. Ella is definitely very talented!
