Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

Happy first day of winter! I have lots of yummy treats for the upcoming festivities to share with you today.

You know winter is actually one of my favorite seasons, right behind autumn, so I’ve been looking forward to this day while sweating through the very hot summer.

And I cannot wait until the first snowfall. I love making snowmen!

Now that Christmas is almost here too, I’m not ready though. I still have lots of baking to do and also an end-of-the-year post to write.

Can you believe how fast this year has gone? Are you all prepared for the holidays? Well even if you are, it doesn’t hurt to have a few more treats on hand.

Let’s settle in and enjoy some hot chocolate and spicy – sweet Christmas cookies, while we look over recipes together.

I love creamy rich hot chocolate, so lets start off with a steaming mug full.

Katie’s (Veggie and the Beast) Super Creamy Vegan Hot Chocolate looks like a velvety smooth chocolate mousse!

Nutella Hot Chocolate!! Be sure to check out Olga’s Homemade Nutella recipe at Fab Lunch too.

Shannon’s Homemade Vegan Hot Chocolate is not only delicious, but it’s super healthy too! She uses an amazing Cacao Superfood Blend that she explains on her blog, “The Glowing Fridge”

Megan, Detoxinista, has a Healthy Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate recipe too. But lordie it looks decadent!

After all this chocolate yumminess we need a cupful NOW! Fortunately Minimalist Baker has us covered with her (doesn’t look fast, but it is) 5-Minute Vegan Hot Chocolate Hallelujah!!

Now we need cookies to dunk in our hot cocoa, and boy do I have an assortment!!

Aren’t Holly’s Snowman macrons in the photo above so adorable! She has lots of beautiful food on her “The Little Blog of Vegan” like these sweet 3 ingredient snowman & snowdog cookies.

My Cranberry Pistachio Cookies always disappear super fast, and they look so festive!

Vegan Gingerbread Cookies are a fave of mine, and Pickles & Honey snowflake cookies are lovely.

Sugar Cookies are another love of mine, and Minimalist Baker’s Fluffy 1-Bowl Sugar Cookies will make for a very merry Christmas!

My last two shares have a combined total of 85 yummy vegan Christmas cookie recipes here and here !!

Ready to go on a long walk with me after all these cookies and hot chocolate? 😅
